I was hesitant to take a 200 mile round trip to a dealer I knew nothing about, but after the conversations I felt confident enough to move forward with the trip. Well to my surprise, I ended up having a wonderful experience. Lance Aiello was my salesperson, and made me feel at ease as soon as I met him. He was very patient with my many questions, as well as the questions of the mechanic friend I dragged along! Lance was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions and make me feel comfortable about making such a large purchase. Joseph Nanna processed my paperwork, and also was very helpful in explaining the different levels of warranties I could purchase. I asked a lot of probably naive questions and he didnt lose his patience with me. :) As far as the car, I bought a 2006 Volvo C7 T5. It was literally the best deal within 100 mile radius of my home! I researched it and couldn't find a better price. The car was just as pictured, and I am very very thrilled and happy with the car and getting many compliments.
