We’ve been going here since we bought our first Sequoia in 2005. We currently own a 2016 Sequoia and have owned a Camry too. My service Advisor Jeff Cicero is the best ! He’s professional and insightful in every way - he’s really the reason I come back My only pet peeve is with the actual Oil Change itself - first He’s professional and insightful in every way - he’s really the reason I come back My only pet peeve is with the actual Oil Change itself - first $90 is ridiculous ( I rounded up a few bucks ) and second almost 3 hours to perform is way out of bounds - it’s a Oil Change ! 90 minutes due to all the checks and balances ok, but more is ridiculous - same for the cost Like I said if it not wet for my Service Advisor I likely would not come back - expensive and time consuming More
