I had my first maintenance on 2022 Highlander, rotation of tires, 39 point MPI inspection which included brakes, fluids, etc, it took adout 30 minutes. Had a good experience with sales. The car I purchased had an issue with a TPMS sensor and wheel alignment, brought the car back to service and was told the issue will be fixed, waited The car I purchased had an issue with a TPMS sensor and wheel alignment, brought the car back to service and was told the issue will be fixed, waited 5 hours for my car back with 30 miles driven on it (never heard of that much miles for diagnosis) only to find out both issues were not resolved. Called the manager back and was told they will resolve this issue and get to the bottom of it, no communications for over 2 weeks now. Very disappointed and really bad customer service. More
