Fantastic customer service! I took my car in for my regular servicing but I did have one issue with my phone connection with my car. Not a big fan of service here. Why does my driver seat need to be moved ? I set them to my needs and this car doesn’t have memory seats. I also asked service based on what my salesman said at time of purchase to put on wheel locks. I purchased at parts dept here. When I called service they said it will cost me 65 dollars to put them on. That’s great to take advantage of a customer who purchased a new car and even his own wheel locks. I went to a different Toyota near me and they did it for free! Way to go prestige! More
