Krystal was exceptional!!! I believe I may have had one of the last appointments for the day and I was waiting to see a service advisor for about 10-15 minutes. When a staff member asked if anyone was avai of the last appointments for the day and I was waiting to see a service advisor for about 10-15 minutes.
