Juan, who is the only person who I really dealt with, (I don't see him listed below) Knew I was I was in and out in much less time then I planned on. Juan, who is the only person who I really dealt with, (I don't see him listed below) Knew I was waiting and came an hour early from my scheduler appointment, told me he'd see what he could do to get me in before my appointment. He was successful, I was totally surprised when he came and told me my car was ready so soon. He super friendly, helpful and answered all my questions very patiently and clearly. I live in Midwood Brooklyn and still feel that it worth my time to have my car serviced at Prestige Toyota. More

Lots of delays this time around. I had a 7:45 am appointment and was going to wait but decided to leave my Highlander and pick it up at 12:00 noon since I had to be in work at 12:30. I had a 7:45 am appointment and was going to wait but decided to leave my Highlander and pick it up at 12:00 noon since I had to be in work at 12:30. My car was finally ready after 3:00 pm. I have free maintenance on my Highlander and when I went to pick up the truck the service adviser, Juan made it seem as though there was an $83.00 charge but he said since they were later, I wouldn't have to pay for the service. News Flash buddy, I'm not an idiot. My service was free. I've had much better experiences with Prestige and this wasn't one of them. More
