Cabin air filter and air filter checked and advisor was directed to not allow this, due to both being K&N long life filters, which were cleaned before service and two long trips. Side marker light was changed without my approval & I was charged a ship fee and it was not explained. This is the first time I was not satisfied with service performed. Highly disappointed. More
