Amazing customer service I went in because my splash guard was damaged, replacing it would cost $500. I asked them if they could do something so that I wouldn't have to replac I went in because my splash guard was damaged, replacing it would cost $500. Trustworthy and quality service ! After getting a flat tire on 17, I was lucky enough to be in front of the Toyota sales department. Two of toyotas sales team members, Andy and Kelly were gracious enough to change my tire and get my spare tire on safely so I could make the drive to service. I was able to call my service advisor Caroline to give her a heads up and she was able to get me into a loaner car once available. I have always had exceptional service done at Prestige Toyota, but this was by far the best service! I highly recommend Caroline down at the service department and the rest of the staff for their exceptional and professional behavior . More

Very pleasant and courtesy all the way!! I had a simple issue that became complicated when the dealer stripped my license plate screws. Prestige Toyota Service took the car to retap the holes I had a simple issue that became complicated when the dealer stripped my license plate screws. Prestige Toyota Service took the car to retap the holes and then guess what happened? They called and said they finished the repairs and dropped the car off at my house. There was no need for me to leave work early and to play around with musical shuttles and cars. I went home as if the car was parked there all day. THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! More

All’s ll good except for today good except today I was very happy untill a few minutes ago. Toyota called and said I did not fill up The gas tank. I paid 5.42$ to top off the tank by a gas station I was very happy untill a few minutes ago. Toyota called and said I did not fill up The gas tank. I paid 5.42$ to top off the tank by a gas station two blocks from service center. I saw the needle go to full. So that’s a disappointment to get another charge if 4.00$ for gas. I only drove the car maybe 25 miles or less. I let the the service center change my cabin filter which I could have done myself and a lic. Plate light.Also was charged for tire rotation which I thought was free since I bought the tires from Toyota More
