May take time but they fix what's broke! My recent experience should rate 5 stars absent context. Without an appointment was able to drop vehicle off and receive a no-cost loaner vehicle (for My recent experience should rate 5 stars absent context. Without an appointment was able to drop vehicle off and receive a no-cost loaner vehicle (for 5 days). Extended warranty covered all the repair costs. Customer service was understanding and extremely accommodative. However, given the fact the car was in for similar problem 2 months prior that was not properly diagnosed at that time, I rate Prestige service center 4 stars overall. More

DID EVERYTHING I NEEDED AND WITH A SMILE ON EVERYONE'S FACE. FROM THE TIME I PULLED INTO THE SHOP, I WAS GREETED WITH A GENTLEMAN INSTRUCTING ME WHERE TO GO AND WHAT I NEEDED. THE YOUNG LADY AT THE DESK GREETED FROM THE TIME I PULLED INTO THE SHOP, I WAS GREETED WITH A GENTLEMAN INSTRUCTING ME WHERE TO GO AND WHAT I NEEDED. THE YOUNG LADY AT THE DESK GREETED ME RIGHT AWAY AND HANDED ME OFF TO TOM. TOM ENTERED ALL MY INFORMATION INTO THE COMPUTER AND SIGNED OUT A LOANER FOR ME IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER.
