I have no issue with Service or the Service advisor but in my opinion your Prices are too high and I do not like Suggestive Selling which I think may have happened with me. I left Glen Motors because of similar issues and this could push me to use alternative repair shops like Pep Boys. And your waiting area is Poor compared to what u had on McKee Drive. And the reception people and the people when exiting your facility are not as friendly as what you had on McKee Drive. And I didn’t like my car taken from where I dropped it off and taken to 440 Franklin Turnpike. I know that is a ruse to to look for Potential Inventory for your used Car lot. Lastly, your waiting area is marginal. McKee Drive was much more appealing. And u could put out bagels or Donuts like they do next door at Lexus. I know this because I deliver cars to both your Dealerships on a Regular basis. What is it? Lexus people are better than Toyota People? More
