Hello. I tried to come to a resolution but Tom the service manager, said he’s no doing anything for me. I reached out to Toyota and they are contacting the customer relations supervisor. I have to have my wheels rebalanced since the weights fell off. The steering wheel shakes significantly. I should be fully refunded for services, tow truck cost, and repair parts.

There is consistent incorrect information from your dealership. When I called Toyota to complain about my horrible experience with you, they confirmed these are warranty items and any dealer I’d like to go to can fix them. You are saying the opposite now, you said something different when I was there, and different again when you called after my complaint. Treat customers with respect and tell the truth if you’d like better customer reviews.
