Bought a certified 2020 Toyota Highlander with 29000 miles with bad breaks. Sales man promised they will be changed and it’s part of the certification. 3 days later picked up the car with bad breaks. Finance manger faked my signature on the we owe form and delivery form as I refused to sign it. The Desk manger ran my 780 credit score to 6 banks when I mentioned I want only Bank of America. Unfortunately I was highly disappointed with the dealership attitude toward "customer satisfaction". I knew exactly what the problem was that needed to be fixed (sunroof water leak into driver side dealership attitude toward "customer satisfaction". I knew exactly what the problem was that needed to be fixed (sunroof water leak into driver side floor) and was still charged a $199 diagnostic fee along with an additional $415 labor fee with no hours, typically SOP. Leak was satisfactorily fixed but highly disappointed with management attitude. More

Friendly & helpful. Tom Carrino service is very helpful knowledgeable & caring for your customers. Never have to worry when you bring your vehicle in for service because Tom Carrino service is very helpful knowledgeable & caring for your customers. Never have to worry when you bring your vehicle in for service because you know Tom will take care of everything. Salesman was very knowledgeable & took the time to show me how to use all options. As some were a little different from the 2020 Avalon I traded in. Would highly recommend Dealership for new vehicle & service. More

The service center is terrible. It's poorly managed. My lugs weren't tightened and my wheel nearly fell off. Cost me $253 for a tow. We also could have been seriously injured. The workers are extremely incompetent which is a direct reflection on the manager. They can't even add the proper tire pressure. My tire pressures were half what they should be. The tire weights fell off too. There's also very long wait times and the workers are more concerned with carrying on personal conversations then helping customers. I was told the vehicle was nearly finished and it would be ready shortly so I went to pick it up. They kept me waiting almost two hours. More

Terrible experience. I brought my brand new truck in for an initial oil change and to take care of a few warranty issues. I was told it is Toyota policy that they cannot I brought my brand new truck in for an initial oil change and to take care of a few warranty issues. I was told it is Toyota policy that they cannot do anything until at least 6000 miles, which I later found out was not true. Extremely rude and condescending service manager (Tom Carrino) who spit out incorrect information about Toyota policy, lied about warranty coverage, spoke over me consistently, argued, and told me to take the truck back where I bought it from! The other service specialist, Wayne Schneider, muttered condescending remarks under his breath the entire time. I will never come back here. People like this should not be working in a customer-facing job. More
