We were very pleased with our entire experience of buying a Volvo with Ron and team at Prestige. It was especially seamless considering we bought the car during the pandemic. The process of going in to test drive a car with an appointment was so seamless that we didn’t hesitate to bring our kids with us. That aside, Ron has a very pleasant demeanor and is not pushy at all which was a welcome change. He’s super patient and answered all our questions. A special shout-out to Tina at Prestige Volvo (as she arranged to get a fix-up done at no additional cost even after we had finalized the deal) and Ryan who attended to us and gave us useful info about the car :) Highly recommend this dealership!!! From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with warmth and a gracious smile from Lindsey, the sales manager, who connected me wit northeast. The whole experience from test driving a couple different XC40’s to signing the contract was more than just something to ”get through” — it was completely anxiety free and actually fun!! Who leaves a car dealership a little sad that you won’t be seeing these people again until perhaps your next oil change!
