Disrespectful and condescending This is my 3rd Volvo and will be my last. I explained that the sensors are constantly going off and Patricia attempted to tell me it was from the sun. How does that explain when it happens at night? Oddly enough they could not replicate any of my concerns except for the ones that were not covered by warranty. The loaner I received was filthy but it made me realize exactly how my vehicle SHOULD PERFORM AND DOES NOT. You have lost a customer and an avid supporter of your product. More

My parents, who English is not their first language, felt comfortable and at ease with Ron, and didn't feel pressured once when asking about the car they went to see for me. Because I work in the City, I couldn't go see it myself, but closing the deal 90% remotely was a breeze. When I finally did get to see the car 3 days after my parents saw it, it was just 15 minutes of signing paperwork and I was driving out the door!
