Top Notch Service Prestige Volvo recently listed for sale a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Although I hesitated to purchase a Jeep from a Volvo dealership, it was exactly t Prestige Volvo recently listed for sale a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Although I hesitated to purchase a Jeep from a Volvo dealership, it was exactly the vehicle I was looking for at a great price. Tina Bilokin from Prestige Volvo, Internet Sales was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. In a day and age where customer service leaves much to be desired, Tina was a pleasure to work with. Once I signed the contract to purchase the Jeep, I asked that a bug shield be removed from the front of the vehicle. After doing so, Tina unexpectedly realized that there was a small dent and scratch on the front hood of the Jeep. I was expecting a response something to the extent of ‘take it or leave it’. Instead of looking the other way, Tina quickly contacted me and offered solutions to correct the problem. Tina arranged for a ‘scratch and dent’ professional to work on the vehicle. Tina also went to a local Jeep dealership to buy matching touch-up paint for a perfect match. After all was said and done, the vehicle looked great and I was amazed at how Tina and the dealership responded under the circumstances. Lovely to our somewhat unruly toddler but more importantly, he has 25 years of experience with Volvo and he knows his stuff. As this was our first Volvo, this was key for us. We love the car (XC90) and feel we got a great deal. We have yet to experience the quality of service in the service department but those working at the desks were very helpful, friendly and answered all of our maintenance questions. Do your research on your financing options and all the available warranties/extra coverages before you go in for paperwork so you don’t feel unprepared/overwhelmed speaking to the business department. Tina of Prestige Volvo is a Class Act We really wanted to lease a new XC40 or XC60 but couldnt make it work in our budget and leased with a different brand. After a test drive Tina and I spoke about the car and possible options but unfortunately it wasnt in our auto lease budget. That being said, as this lease was for my wife...I have a lease coming due soon and will definately be giving Tina a call on a Volvo! Best Service Ever! Jay Rosen provides the most personalized, caring service I have ever had with an auto dealership and service organization. When my husband was in an a Jay Rosen provides the most personalized, caring service I have ever had with an auto dealership and service organization. When my husband was in an accident leaving our XC90 in bad shape, he made it easy for us to bring it to Volvo rather than going through insurance recommended local shops. He communicated regularly, was always responsive and made the whole process seamless and fast despite the fact that this all happened just before Christmas and New Years, requiring even more coordination. He even helped with car rental coordination. Yesterday, we found ourselves with a popped tire at 10 pm. We got a spare on and I called Jay (a Sunday morning) and he drove in all the way to the service center to take care of me. Jay is a rare gem and I would work with him and this dealership any day over others. More
