From the time I walked in the dealership through the time I picked up the plates for my new car I was treated with courtesy and respect. My salesperson, Chris Henricksen, was wonderful. He was incredibly knowledgeable and anything he didn’t know he found out then and there. He did not haggle with me about the car or financing and I felt the price was fair. Even after I was ready to walk out the door with my new car he gave me a long tutorial about a lot of the (many) features of the XC60 which was much appreciated. The manager I worked with (I’m sorry I can’t remember your name!) was great also - friendly and walked me through the steps to actually purchase my car with ease.
