Worth the trip! I was recently in the market for a new 2018 Volvo S90 T6 Inscription. After searching a bunch of local dealerships, I finally picked up my new car at I was recently in the market for a new 2018 Volvo S90 T6 Inscription. After searching a bunch of local dealerships, I finally picked up my new car at Prestige Volvo in E Hanover, NJ and I couldn’t be happier! I actually test drove the car closer to my home on Long Island and had a deal in place with a local dealer. But, before I finalized everything I received a call from Tina Bilokin in the internet sales department at Prestige. She had gotten my info from something I had filled out online. I told her the offer that I had on the table and told her she was free to try and beat it but I was very skeptical, especially considering the MSRP on the car she had was $3k higher than what I had test drove and put a deposit on. Well, needless to say, I was very excited when her offer was $40/mo lower than the best offer I had received at my local dealer! At first I didn’t believe it so I asked Tina to confirm all of her numbers with me (RV, MF, Net Cap, etc). Everything seemed to check out so I decided to move forward with the deal even though it would mean driving nearly 2 hours to pick up the car. After waiting about a week for the car to be shipped in from one of their other lots, I took the drive out to Prestige (still a little skeptical that I was going to get surprised by tons of hidden fees at the last minute). Well, I’m happy to report that not only were there no hidden fees whatsoever, Tina and Pat Masone (finance manager) couldn’t have made the process any easier or more enjoyable. Tina took the time to show me all of the features on the car which took a good hour (my god this car has a ton of gadgets and options!). Pat was also a gentleman and answered all of my questions. Between my wife and I we have purchased/leased a bunch of cars and I can honestly say this was the best experience I’ve ever had. There was no going back and forth with pricing trying to squeeze a few dollars off of the monthly payment or the upfront cost. Tina came out of the gate with a very competitive offer and delivered on what she promised. She asked all the right questions to make sure I got the best price possible (got me A Plan pricing thanks to my employer which no other dealer I worked with asked for). Even the process after I drove off the lot has been amazing. Tina has reached out to me multiple times to make sure I was happy with the car and answer any questions I’ve had. I don’t think I’ve ever received that level of customer service with any purchase I’ve ever made in my life, not just cars. To sum up, Tina, Pat, and the team at Prestige Volvo were exceptional! It made driving 2 hours from my home to the dealership well worth it and if I decide to stay with Volvo when my lease ends I’m fairly certain I will be making a trip back out to see them. If you’re in Tri-State area and in the market for a Volvo, do yourself a favor and give Tina a call. I’m pretty sure you will be happy you did! More

After our initial interaction she really made me feel like I would be right at home at Prestige Volvo. She was very informative when answering all my questions and I ultimately came in to the dealer to see the vehicles in person. Tina took me for a test drive and answered all my questions in a professional yet friendly manner about the vehicle. The whole experience at the dealer was positive and I ultimately purchased my new car with Tina and Prestige Volvo. Thanks Tina you were amazing! More
Only place in my opinion to service your Volvo. I originally took my car to Smythe Volvo in Summit as it is a bit closer to my home. However, they were unable to resolve my issue after several visits: simple speaker issue that they told me was fine, even though had a recorded video of the issue. Prestige is closer to my office so I thought to give them a try. Not only did they solve my issue, but they diagnosed the issue right away and ordered the part before lunch time. More

Service Excellence Jay Rosen and his team in East Hanover have been servicing my family's XC90's for the past 13 years. Patricia, Bob and Deena (along with the support s Jay Rosen and his team in East Hanover have been servicing my family's XC90's for the past 13 years. Patricia, Bob and Deena (along with the support staff and technician's that customer's rarely see) are always professional, while making everyone feel comfortable and relaxed. I recently had an expensive item completely fail at less than 2 months out of warranty, which requires subjective decision making. Jay presented a solution that was fair and minimized the out of pocket on both sides. I send new customers here every chance I get, because the purchasing of a vehicle is infrequent, but the service becomes the testament of why you should carefully choose a dealer. More

Purchased a second Volvo here I purchased a Volvo XC90 here in 2011 from Rich Curto. It was the best experience I've ever had at a new car dealership. (Normally buying cars rates I purchased a Volvo XC90 here in 2011 from Rich Curto. It was the best experience I've ever had at a new car dealership. (Normally buying cars rates just above dentist visit for me.) Prestige changed all that. It now came time to purchase another car - our driver family is getting larger - so, I returned to Prestige and Rich Curto for a new 2018 S90. Again, an outstanding experience. I used the USAA car buying service and the price was negotiated beforehand. Prestige honored the price and we were able to focus on the test driving, financing and delivery. All the forms were filled out ahead of time by Rich and Pat and the delivery went very smoothly. Over the years, I have had all my XC90 service done by Prestige and the experience has been delightful. This is my Volvo dealer and Rich is my salesman for the foreseeable future. More

After being told “No” by the dealer where I purchased the car when I asked “have you seen this type of thing happen before?” I called prestige and made an appointment for service. I was met by the service director Jay Rosen on my arrival. He could not have been any better.. he knew before he even plugged the car into the computer that the issue had to do with a KNOWN issue regarding the fuel filler nozzle. He said they needed an hour with the car offered me a loaner and fixed the car. Congrats Jay.. you now have a guaranteed service customer as long as I own this car. More
