Great Car Buying Experience I walked into Prestige and walked out literally 35 minutes later with the exact model and deal I wanted. Kristian was phenomenal to work with as a sal I walked into Prestige and walked out literally 35 minutes later with the exact model and deal I wanted. Kristian was phenomenal to work with as a sales person and helped with all aspects of the transaction. They had to pick up my car from Northern New York and were able to provide me with a loaner car until my lease came in. The final signing and delivery was some and easy and Kristian was again phenomenal to work with as was Jake from finance. Prestige was a pleasure to work with! More

He was never pushy and was extremely knowledgeable of the Volvo product lines, which was very helpful in deciding between two very similar cars. Pat, the finance manager processed my paperwork quickly was also a pleasure to deal with. I am loving my new (to me) SUV and would highly recommend this dealership and more specifically, Ronnie and Pat, to anyone shopping for a new or used vehicle. More

Exceptional experience I really wanted a used Volvo S60 and after shopping around and not having a great experience with dealers on Long Island, I decided to check out Prest I really wanted a used Volvo S60 and after shopping around and not having a great experience with dealers on Long Island, I decided to check out Prestige Volvo. I met with Tina Bilokin who I would highly recommend. Tina is so knowledgeable, professional and kind and she made the process really easy and fun! Within 30 mins I decided to purchase a lovely car with very low mileage and at a great price. It came with a CPO warranty which was very important to me. Tina was a breath of fresh air and took the stress out of buying a car. As a a woman I really enjoyed working with a female salesperson! My car had a few little scratches on it as it had just come off a 3 year lease, but Tina told me that she would make sure these were repaired, which she did, and I was so happy with the results! I felt it looked like a brand new car! I also used the USAA used car buying service to find this car initially and I was so pleased with how everything worked out. Tina told me that when I come back to get the car that she would pick me up at the train station which was 8 miles away in Chatham. What exceptional service! Thank you Tina! Prestige Volvo is a great place to buy a used Volvo and the value is hard to beat. It's worth it to come here rather that shopping on Long Island! Thanks so much for everything Tina!
