Kristian was phenomenal to work with as a sal I walked into Prestige and walked out literally 35 minutes later with the exact model and deal I wanted. They had to pick up my car from Northern New York and were able to provide me with a loaner car until my lease came in. Exceptional experience I really wanted a used Volvo S60 and after shopping around and not having a great experience with dealers on Long Island, I decided to check out Prest I really wanted a used Volvo S60 and after shopping around and not having a great experience with dealers on Long Island, I decided to check out Prestige Volvo. I met with Tina Bilokin who I would highly recommend. Tina is so knowledgeable, professional and kind and she made the process really easy and fun! Within 30 mins I decided to purchase a lovely car with very low mileage and at a great price. It came with a CPO warranty which was very important to me. Tina was a breath of fresh air and took the stress out of buying a car. As a a woman I really enjoyed working with a female salesperson! My car had a few little scratches on it as it had just come off a 3 year lease, but Tina told me that she would make sure these were repaired, which she did, and I was so happy with the results! I felt it looked like a brand new car! I also used the USAA used car buying service to find this car initially and I was so pleased with how everything worked out. Tina told me that when I come back to get the car that she would pick me up at the train station which was 8 miles away in Chatham. What exceptional service! Thank you Tina!
