Another Birthday Another Prestige Volvo So this is the second Volvo I had purchased in two years from prestige Volvo. In a word they are outstanding. My first purchase was a 2017 Volvo XC 9 So this is the second Volvo I had purchased in two years from prestige Volvo. In a word they are outstanding. My first purchase was a 2017 Volvo XC 90 T8. The car and the delivery was beyond anything I could hope for. This time for my wife’s birthday I purchased a 2018 S 90 T8 from Ron at prestige Volvo. It was her birthday. They had everything ready including a birthday cake and balloons for my wife and the process was flawless. Ron at prestige Volvo is a total Mench super nice human being and not your typical car salesman quick talker . Many people leave positive reviews for dealers when everything goes right. But the true test of a dealer is what they do and how they respond when something doesn’t go right. There were minor cosmetic issues at delivery on my brand new car. Prestige Volvo took a no nonsense approach and gave me assurance and paper for a complete and total repair and detail for this problem. I could not have asked for more. The deal itself was exceptional actually beating the BMW dealer where I was also considering a hybrid. The Volvo Is a superior machine in every way from value to performance to features to build quality. The BMW 530e isn’t in the same class as the S90. I currently own two Volvos as well as a late model BMW M5 and I feel qualified to offer this opinion . Pat at prestige Volvo was also exceptional and this was my second experience with him. None of the nonsense high-pressure business manager sales tactics here. He knew that I knew exactly what I wanted and wasn’t about to sell me something or push something he knew I did not want. The process was seamless and pleasant. I’ve had one service with prestige Volvo on my XC 90 T8 and it was perfect. They even did extra cosmetic attending services which they really didn’t have to do. This dealership and the car that they sell are both top notch. While I cannot guarantee you too will get a birthday cake I fully expect you will get exemplary service on one of the best luxury vehicles in today’s market. More
