Ron Landstrom not only took the time to really LISTEN to what my needs were, but his "service after sale" was more complete than I've ever experienced. He spent over an hour making sure I was happy, knowledgeable, comfortable with my New Volvo S90. I can't say enough great things about him. After about an hour I was told nothing underneath was damaged. Not only did they not charge me they also washed my car. A few days later my wife realized she had lost her key to her Saab. There are no more Saab dealers so she called Prestige to see if they could help. The parts department spent many minutes with her trying to find a place to replace the key. They finally found a place in Hamburg NJ. They were very patient and helpful. The sales staff, service and parts people are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. More

I purchase many high end vehicles, and I have never experienced such a high level of customer service, friendliness, thoughtfulness, responsiveness, knowledge and communication as Tina was able to deliver. I worked with Tina over the phone and via email for around 10 days to get up to speed on XC90s and ultimately select a vehicle that was perfect for my family. Tina was also instrumental in diligencing my trade and helping to get top dollar for it. While several unfortunate personal circumstances forced me to put the purchase on hold, Tina was unbelievably understanding and helpful with the situation. If you are in the market for a new or preowned Volvo, please do yourself a favor and contract Tina Bilokin at Prestige Volvo before you call anyone else - you will not be disappointed! I certainly plan to head back to Prestige for all of my Volvo purchases going forward. I also want to mention that Irene Garris, Ariel Mucci and Jake (finance) were also spectacular to deal with! One of the contenders for us was the new XC60 and we received an e-mail from Irene letting us know that demo cars were available to test drive so off to East Hanover we went. Long story short, we left with a brand new S90 that was sitting in the showroom--didn't even test drive the XC60, haha! We fell in love with the S90 at first sight and we thank the phenomenal staff at Prestige Volvo for helping us each step of the way. Thank you to Irene for keeping us informed! Guilty leaving my old Volvo Dealership but it was WORTH IT! I went with the intentions just to look at a car I had noticed online, leave and go to my normal dealer to see the car I was sure I was going to get. I went with the intentions just to look at a car I had noticed online, leave and go to my normal dealer to see the car I was sure I was going to get. Well it didn't go as planned, I left with an entirely different car that I LOVE! My sales associate Tina was so knowledgeable, made a suggestion, she couldn't have been more right. The entire experience was so welcoming and friendly that although I felt guilty not going to my normal guy (at another Volvo dealership), Tina will be the lady I go to from now on.
