Not Responsive and Not Addressing Customer Issue I purchased a 4 year-term CNA Preferred Tire Care contract with Prestige Volvo on my lease vehicle which was paid upfront. According to the CNA Prefe I purchased a 4 year-term CNA Preferred Tire Care contract with Prestige Volvo on my lease vehicle which was paid upfront. According to the CNA Preferred Tire policy, cancellation request should pro-rata refund to the lienholder (Prestige Volvo). I pulled ahead (6 months) my lease Volvo (39 months lease) and picked up another Volvo. Per CNA , the company will return money to Prestige Volvo and as a customer I should receive a pro-rata refund (approx. 1 year) from Prestige Volvo. I left 4 messages for the Finance Manager, Pat Masone and his assistant but I did not received a call back. I reached out to the General Manager Matthew for his help and he told me that CNA does not provide pro-rata refund. I am really disappointed of how this was handled even though I was a long term customer with this dealership. I spoke to CNA Tire Care and the company explained clearly of the cancellation request and the pro-rata refund but yet I heard a different story from the dealer. It really discourages me to refer friends and family. Although, I often go to the Service dept because the quality of service is good. More

Most dealerships are chauvinistic and very unfriendly to women. That could not be farther from the truth at Prestige Volvo. Ron was patient , never rushed me, and found me a 201 7 XC60 at a great price. His no pressure style was such a refreshing change from most other car buying experiences. I am so happy with the car I bought and feel that I ended up with the best car for myself and family. This is the second car that I have bought from Prestige. I highly recommend Prestige Volvo. They put the customer and their needs first. More

The entire process was easy and pleasurable. More importantly, MY car needed a software update, and I contacted my local dealer who told me they don't have an appointment for a week and a half! Jay at Prestige said to bring it in right away and he'll take care of it. As soon as I got there, Jay hooked up my car, updated my software, and even gave me a wash. He is such an easy, and great person to deal with. Don't take my word for it check them out yourself! More

We called the dealership to inquire about a few used cars and Steve Badian answered all of my questions. We set an appointment to meet with him and drive the cars. He had them ready to go when we arrived with the carfax reports. Steve is genuinely a nice person and we appreciated his honesty. We were amazed at how much he hustled on a very busy day to accommodate us and his next appointment. We thought we'd have to make a repeat trip to complete the purchase, but he knew we made a long trip from CT, so he made it all work in one day. The service didn't end there. We had some paperwork and accessories lost in the mail after the purchase, and he worked hard to track it down for us. Make an appointment with Steve - you won't be disappointed. The dealership is very nice too - modern building with nice waiting area and pleasant staff + huge inventory! We'll be back for our next car for sure. More
