Mom's new S90 Volvo has been the go to car for many years in my family. When my Mom's 2011 S80 was in an accident, I quickly brought her to Prestige Volvo and Jay Volvo has been the go to car for many years in my family. When my Mom's 2011 S80 was in an accident, I quickly brought her to Prestige Volvo and Jay was quick to offer guidance to ensure not only that the 2011 S80 would be repaired but that he would take the burden of dealing with the tow company and body shop to get the car repaired. That allowed me to spend more time to sit with Ron and discuss the situation and the need for a new car. Ron and Jay were concerned first about my Mom's well being and stated they would be there to help when needed. Within days of the accident we met with Ron to go over all our vehicle needs. Once he walked me through the new S90 and the added features and comfort, I new this car would be what my Mom wanted. Once my Mom and I sat with Ron, he went out of his way to make her comfortable and made himself accessible after hours to ensure we not only got the right car but also a great price with more options than expected. My Mom is now back on the road and very happy with her new S90, Jay got our S80 fixed for the trade in and Ron closed the deal! Pat was quick with the paperwork and she was out the door back doing her volunteer work and working with her special need kids! Thank you everyone at Prestige. I got my eye on that new Volvo SUV! I had the pleasure of working with both Irene and Tina and it was an awesome experience from start to finish. Neither of them tried to use any of the typical salesman tactics that I am not a fan of, and were not only professional, but also very personable. They followed through with all the same high expectations that I used to give my customers. Pat in finance was also fantastic. He did his job of presenting coverage options but did not push me in the least bit once I said I'll pass. I've dealt with lots of different dealerships as a buyer and employee, and would highly recommend seeing Tina or Irene at Prestige Volvo. I am extremely picky and have high standards for car dealerships, and would gladly refer a friend or family member there in a heartbeat. More

We ended up upgrading our 2016 vehicle to a 2017 vehicle due to additional features that we wanted, and the dealership worked very hard to assist us in making this upgrade. We were very pleased with our salesperson Ron Landstrom who noted our issues and made sure that we were completely satisfied. We ended up upgrading to a 2017 vehicle mostly based on Ron taking the initiative. He was an excellent salesperson. More
