Our salesperson, Todd, who I had a lot of communication with before we arrived was very helpful. All my paperwork was done and in place when we got there! Even though we weren't buying a newer higher priced vehicle, we were treated with great courtesy by everyone. Todd was so friendly, helpful, and efficient we felt right at home. They through out flat numbers and the sales manager PJ was not afraid to put it in writing. They gave out the best price that other dealers and even truecar can't beat straight out. Now that's an attitude to win business. Service department is great as well. I worked with Pat and Jay. Folks been very professional and patient. Willing to explain the details. Jay took the vehicle out for a spin with me to explain what's with the car and shared his insights on the vehicle with me which was tremendously helpful. Getting a loaner for the service is also a breeze. All paper work time including waiting was roughly 5 minutes. I would highly recommend this dealer. P.S. as of Mar 2017, the XC60 are on an unbelievable deal. I have owned a line of Audi and BMW but was still blown away by the performance of a Volvo (especially at the given price). More
