Instead he listened to what I wanted, found me an excellent option in stock, and made me an offer i couldn't refuse. It felt like you inherited the car from your family I was looking at couple cars from BMW, Range Rover Discovery & Volvo. I went to BMW dealership first and it felt like they were not interested in sell I was looking at couple cars from BMW, Range Rover Discovery & Volvo. I went to BMW dealership first and it felt like they were not interested in selling me any car. Didnt offer a test-drive all they wanted to talk about numbers thinking I would not be able to buy it..I just left from the dealership. Second I went to the RR. they were friendly & showed the car & etc but i had to bring my wife so I told them i will be back later but no follow-up call so i didnt go there. Finally, I just emailed Volvo and asked them if they can provide me with a quote - Rebecca was so nice that she gave a detailed quote so I knew what it will be costing me. She did the hard work not knowing if I will show-up to the dealer but I liked that as buying a car could take up your whole day....I went there and she introduced me to Tina and she took me for a test drive explained every feature in the car and she introduced me to other members and it felt like I was at a family re-union. No pressure, just we ended up talking about school and I felt so welcomed. They didn't have the car I wanted so they got that car and it was love at first sight..Even the finance was a breeze- 10 minutes not like other cars I bought it took forever to get everything finalized. The car was great and the team at Prestige was amazing so i bought the car with them..I highly recommend every one to buy car from them.. More

Sales people are very knowledgeable (I am biased to Lindsey Mastroianni, a total powerhouse and professional). She listens, she knows her stuff, she is awesome. The reception team are great. Everyone is great. It's a relaxing experience. I found the perfect car for me (Or I should say Lindsey suggested the XC60, a model I didn't even know about!) and I am driving around every day feeling sorry for everyone else on the road. ;-) Her follow up was great. She didn't need to check in on me, but she did. Total professional. Loved the whole experience. Would recommend to anyone. More

Previous dealers were not professional at some point and were more interested in selling me cars I was not interested in. That was a huge turn off and disappointment. I even spent an entire day at one point without any positive and successful outcome. Lindsey had everything set up and ready before I even came in. She even made a brief and very clear video of the car, which she sent to me a day before my visit. The test drive with Rebecca was the longest and most thorough I have ever experienced. Pat, the finance guy was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to me, all the while being extremely genuine and professional. The GM even stopped by on a Saturday and congratulated me on my first buy. Will definitely be going back and would recommend others to go there. More

I came across Prestige Volvo which had the car I was looking for. Immediately pulling into the lot, my husband and I were greeted by Ron who was walking by. Initially we were scheduled to meet with another sales person, but Ron ended up showing us the car instead and we couldn't be more happier. As we test drove the car he was able to answers our questions and concerns. He didn't pressure us to make a decision and allowed us to talk among ourselves. He was also personal and came to find out his daughter had worked with me a few years back! The best part of our experience was his financial team who were to beat my credit union's rate. I have excellent credit and didn't think it could be done. All in all, he made our experience pleasant and we feel we made the right decision! Thank you Ron!! More

I purchased my car after shopping all the online websites, and Prestig Ron Landstrom is excellent -- honest, trustworthy, and focused on my interests. I purchased my car after shopping all the online websites, and Prestige had the best deal. I was a bit reticent to purchase online, but Ron made it easy. He took the time to talk me through the process, he sent me pictures, and discussed how to best get my vehicle shipped to my address. I eventually took the train to NJ and when I arrived at Prestige, Ron was ready -- he spend over an hour walking me through the car and its features, and helped me get comfortable prior to my long drive back to DC. After the purchase was complete, there were a few things I needed Prestige's help with. Ron was there for me. He didn't ignore me and move on to the next customer. He was just as active in helping me get these things sorted out as if I lived a block away from Prestige. Overall, I would definitely recommend Prestige and Ron to anyone who is considering an online or local purchase. More

Best I've Seen We've owned Volvos since 2004 and been buying cars since 1990. We made our first purchase from Prestige in 2015 and our second this week. No one else, in our experience, comes close. I would have doubted before meeting Matthew and team that a dealer could make a difference. They do. I will only buy Volvos from Matthew and will be more likely to buy Volvos over other brands because of the service level at Prestige. I have to give a special mention to Jay and the service department. As great as sales is, I typically visit only every other year or so. Jay and his team we see for each service. If I was happy with sales, I am ecstatic with the service department. I can't think of anything they could have done better and they take care of things I would have never thought to request. You will not find better than Jay and his team. Great job all around Matthew. Thank you! More
