On a Saturday morning a few weeks ago, the exact car we wanted showed up on Truecar.com at Prestige Volvo. A phone call to Prestige led to a conversation with Internet sales rep, Tina Bilokin, who supplied us with more data about the car, including a video tour of the car, both exterior and interior, pointing out the car's few blemishes. We placed a refundable deposit and asked that the car be reserved until we could drive up from our home, about 360 miles, the following weekend. We did so and were both very pleased with the car, it's value, and the professional, pleasant experience. Driving our "new" used car home reinforced my decision. I bought my first car 54 years ago and have never experienced such a pleasant, pressure-free experience. We bought a fine car off the internet for a very fair price.
