It was obvious that this was the dealership worth taking a drive to. Although the initial car we intended to test drive was recently sold, additional viable options were provided. Our Sales Associate, Deborah Amster, was very personable/attentive, extremely knowledgeable of Volvo models and genuinely caring of our needs for suitability. It was a very pleasurable experience as Deborah educated us on Volvos (having transitioned from Toyota), outlined the "Family" values to its customers (introduced us to relevant Volvo Staff for purchase and future servicing),processed the purchase, trade-in and ensured the car was ready for pick-up within 24 hours. At pick-up, extensive time was devoted to ensuring the car functionalities were understood. Deborah contacted us after purchase for feedback on the car and offered continued "Volovo xc60 premium package" education at any any time in the future. This dealership and car buying experience was by far the best overall satisfaction from the consumer perspective that we have ever received! More
Tire Problem Resolved with Great Results I suffered a flat tire several months back and had to be towed to Prestige Volvo for tire replacement. I did not realize at the time that the failure I suffered a flat tire several months back and had to be towed to Prestige Volvo for tire replacement. I did not realize at the time that the failure was due to wear and the other tires were equally as worn, and I soon suffered another tire failure (on a different wheel). With the second failure I was on the way to a funeral with a full car of family members and had no choice but to hobble to the nearest tire repair facility where I bought 3 new Good Year tires (the only tires the shop had on hand that fit my vehicle, a 2014 S60 R-Design) so I could quickly continue the trip to the funeral. Unfortunately, these did not match the original Pirellis that came with the car or the replacement Pirelli Volvo had already installed. This left me with mismatched tires that affected the ride quality of the vehicle and, perhaps worse, greatly diminished traction because the Good Year tires were not the brand Volvo chose to pair with this car. This car is performance-oriented and the Good Years didn't hold up. As I became more frustrated by the tires, I wrote to Prestige Volvo explaining why I was disappointed. Had I been aware at the time of the first tire failure that all four tires were equally worn and would soon fail I would have replaced all four then and there instead of waiting and ultimately having to replace the other three in an emergency-type situation. I was not sure what type of response I would receive. I was very impressed when Jay Rosen, Prestige's Service Manager, called me very promptly and explained that he had read my letter and understood my frustration. He offered to replace two of the tires with the factory-specified Pirellis if I would cover the cost of the third, leaving me with four proper tires (I already had one from the first flat tire replacement). I accepted his offer and arranged for the service the next day. The car was done in the very early afternoon and Jay called me to tell me everything was complete and that he had decided to cover the cost of all three tires as good will from Volvo. This was obviously great news. I purchased the car from this dealer and have continued to go to Prestige. This was the first disappointing experience I had, and Jay and Prestige Volvo immediately turned the situation around, leaving me completely satisfied. The experience was excellent - I'm very grateful and would absolutely recommend this dealer. Although this was a service experience, my original experience purchasing the vehicle was equally as good. PJ Lee listened to any concerns that I had about making the purchasing decision and offered remedies to alleviate those concerns. Ron Landstrom was the main sales guy that I dealt with. He dealt with questions quickly and if didn't know the answer got with the right people to get the answers I was looking for. Kept me up to speed on the purchase process, took care of any concerns I had with the car (and I am not an easy person to deal with when it comes to attention to detail), and overall made me feel comfortable during the process that this particular dealership treats their customers right and well. Pat Masone walked me through all the financial decisions clearly and offered his opinions on certain portions based on his experience which helped clear up the decision making. Overall through purchasing experience, this dealership treated me the best and based on discussions overheard between other customers, I was not the only happy customer. More
Excellent experience and great people! I leased a 2016 S60 to replace my 2013 S60 (lease was ending). I live about 40 miles away from Prestige, so at first it wasn't my go-to dealership. B I leased a 2016 S60 to replace my 2013 S60 (lease was ending). I live about 40 miles away from Prestige, so at first it wasn't my go-to dealership. But after my local dealership, along with the one where I leased my 2013 S60 pretty much refused to deal with me until my lease was up I turned to Prestige. And what a great turn of events it turned out to be! First, I reached out to Jay Rosen (who worked on my car before) and he replied right away saying: wait for a call, we'll take care of you. Then, less than 30 minutes after, Matt Haiken called me and we made a deal on the phone in less than 10 minutes. That was 4 months before my lease was up. The car I wanted needed to be a special order, because I wanted certain packages/options that are just never available together otherwise. Fast forward about 3+ months after the order - and I was picking up my car. The process was smooth with no surprises (no extra charges, no hassle - the payment was exactly what we had agreed upon with Matt 3 months before). Matt did the paperwork himself (about 10-15 minutes overall, because I spent some time deciding which protection plan to buy). Matt introduced me to Ron Landstrom, who took care of everything else: lease return, insurance information confirmation, plates, etc. All in all, this was the most pleasant experience I've ever had buying a car. The most important thing for me during this whole process was that for the first time I dealt with people who knew the product inside out. I respect that a lot. And everyone kept their word every step of the way. There's no question that the next Volvo lease I get, after this one ends, will be from Prestige. P.S. Dealing with Matt was so great, that I'll be considering getting a Kia (his other dealership) to replace my Hyundai Sonata in a couple of years. Just so I could deal with him, because I know it'll be a great deal and a very pleasant experience. More

The wait was minimal from when I entered the service area to when I left. Everyone was very friendly. Best of all though, I cannot find where the scratch was. After getting TRUECar quotes from Prestige and another local Volvo dealer, I was contacted the next morning by Prestige. Lindsey did a fantastic job of being helpful with no pressure. I set up an appointment to do a test drive and decided which engine and options I wanted. Lindsey presented a transparent breakdown of the pricing and the offer was very competitive compared to research that I had done through both TRUECar and Edmunds True Market Value Estimates. Volvo also added a substantial rebate and attractive financing package. There was no haggling necessary and no hard sales tactics. I was extremely pleased with the entire buying experience and strongly recommend Lindsey and the rest of the team at Prestige Volvo. More
