Outstanding service We were expecting to buy a car in the next few months (trying to hold off) and were only out looking to get a better idea of what was available. My husband is 6'5" and it is hard for him to fit in most cars. We have a 15 year old Chevrolet Suburban that is wonderful but is getting ready to retire and we wanted to downsize but with all the same comfort. We walked into Prestige Volvo and a salesman was called to help us, Paul "PJ" Lee. PJ was very warm and friendly and enthusiastic about the Volvo cars. He answered all our questions and gave us a ton of information. We test drove the XC90 and the XC60 and by the time we finished with the second test drive, my husband said - "Oh brother, I think we are buying a car!" The receptionists at Prestige Volvo were personable and friendly, the finance manager, Pat Masone was very friendly and thorough - little or no time spent to complete the paperwork. PJ Lee answered all our questions and then some. PJ seems to really know his Volvo and like them too. He was thorough but not pushy and that made our experience one of the best. It was a pleasure working with him. More

Clean, bright, not overwhelming-- sales associates are knowledgeable and classy. I had a specific model in mind so my sales associate, Ron, did not try to "hard sell" a different car-- only ask questions for my needs. My husband and I made a few trips and each time Ron made himself available. Ultimately we found a perfect car and were able to work with them on a price that felt good. The car was prepped and ready for us when we needed it and I expect the post-sales experience to be just as a good. Also, generally - VERY impressed with Volvo as a whole. I have another luxury SUV already and am equally impressed with the aesthetic of the vehicles as well as the customer service of the dealership!
