My husband and I made a few trips and each time Ron made himself available. Ultimately we found a perfect car and were able to work with them on a price that felt good. The car was prepped and ready for us when we needed it and I expect the post-sales experience to be just as a good. Also, generally - VERY impressed with Volvo as a whole.
