She went above and beyond to accommodate and make us feel comfortable making our decisions. Unlike other dealerships appointments were scheduled far apart to give each customer enough time. Tina never made us feel pressured when it came down to deciding what we wanted. After finally making the decision, Pat Masone dealt with banks to help us get the best deals and best interest rates making it very easy and stress free for us. The staff members in this facility are not just welcoming but very professional. They truly help out. In addition, the facility is very clean and well maintained. We were treated very respectfully and with a welcoming attitude. I'm looking forward to getting my car serviced at this facility and look forward to buying our next there as well. More

Like family, only better I've been associated with Prestige Volvo since I bought my first Volvo from them in 2006. Since then I have relied on Prestige Volvo to diagnose, repair and care for my Volvo like it was their own car. I always appreciate the interest and care Prestige Volvo shows me, not only with my car but my life as an author. I've often said that the fine folks at Prestige Volvo know me better than most! But the crux of the relationship was tested recently when I brought my car in for service. The long and the short was the car was unable to be repaired due to something that I caused. I met with both Matthew Haiken (the dealership owner) and Pat Masone (the Business Manager) and instead of telling me what they could not do for me, they helped me to find the right Volvo, at the right price. The most important thing that I must stress is the can do attitude of both Pat and Matthew, with the salesman Todd- who made my experience a cohesive one. They said yes, when most would have said no.
