Besides test drive the car, she spent extra time in showing us how to operate the electronics in the car from dashboard setting to bluetooth connections. Volvo Lease I saw the Volvo S60 at the NY Auto show this year. Of all the cars, the Volvo had the most beautiful interior and a great safety rating. However, I I saw the Volvo S60 at the NY Auto show this year. Of all the cars, the Volvo had the most beautiful interior and a great safety rating. However, I though it was out of my price range. I had passed the dealership many times, but decided to stop in after having lunch at the diner next door. Although I told him I was just looking, Don Chopoorian spent as over a half hour explaining the features of the car and assured me that we could make a lease deal close to what I was paying for a Honda Accord. I returned last Saturday after test driving the new Honda. Don was busy but his boss, Chris Frangipane let my wife and I test drive the car on all types of roads in the vicinity of the dealership. Upon returning, we negotiated a great lease rate for a car to be delivered in a few days. I did the paperwork with Pat Masone, who patiently answered any questions I had. Don then explained the features of the car in great depth, and off I went. A very pleasant and low pressure experience. I would recommend this team to anyone. More

Im a 25 year old girl just starting out on my own. Ive had my 2007 Jeep for 7yrs and as much as I LOVED her she became a bit of a "thorn" in my side. Always breaking down something else going wrong every other month, I put almost 2000$ in her in 2 months! So started my adventure of finding a new car! I researched for about 6 months before I settled on a volvo xc60. I figured that sometime in august or september I would take the plunge, unfortunately my jeep had other ideas. On Apirl 30 the day I was going to pick up my Mema from the airport everything went to xxxx. I woke up late to a monsun outside. Then rushed around to get my things together and headed for the door, got to my car and stood in tears because my jeep was raining on the inside too. After the worst day Ive had in a long time I arrived to the airport to pick up Mema. I opened the car and apologized a million times because she had to sit on a towel, had a towel on the floor by her feet, I had to cover her with a towel to keep her dry AND had to hand her a bucket to catch the water coming in. My Mema is a feisty 80 yr old woman and let me tell you she was NOT a happy camper! 10 mins into our 2 hour ride home she turned to me and said AMANDA IF YOU DONT STOP AT A DEALERSHIP RIGHT NOW YOU WONT HAVE TO WAIT FOR YOUR CAR TO KILL YOU ILL DO IT FIRST!! Told you she was feisty!! Anyway long story short I GPS'd my way to Prestige and from the second I walked in I felt an instant calm come over me. I knew Deb would take care of me. She has this amazing way of making you feel comfortable and confident that you are going to get the BEST car for the most AFFORDABLE price. She talked to us for a while to figure out what I wanted and liked and what I wanted my payments to be. She even gave up cookies! Once we decided which cars to look at Deb than pulled right in front of the dealership so we could look and Mema wouldn't have to walk in the rain. With in no time we were driving away in my new car dry and warm with a connection that I won't forget the rest of my life. She made me a life long customer that night and I am forever grateful for the weight she lifted off of me!! THANKS DEB WE LOVE YOU!!! Ps. Best Car Deal Everrrr!!!! We had been looking for a Volvo for months only to be dissapointed time and time again not only with our previous sales people but just the atmosphere We had been looking for a Volvo for months only to be dissapointed time and time again not only with our previous sales people but just the atmosphere in general!!!! Then we found Prestige and Tina Bilokin!!! I test drove and picked the car I wanted and within 24 hours she made it mine!!!! All the orher dealers said I couldn't do it but Tina said "you can" , and I did and couldn't be happier!!!! Have also probably told about 50 peopl so far about our superior service!!! Thanks to all at Prestige!!! One very wonderful group of people!!! More

From the initial email I received from Tina and during my test drives and negotiation period she made me feel comfortable and valued as a potential customer. I never felt pressured or like she was over selling the car. I appreciated her enthusiasm and her honesty throughout the testing and buying process. I would definitely recommend her to friends and colleagues who are in the market for a new car. The paperwork I filled out with Chris Frangipane was simple and straightforward. He never tried to sell me anything extra which I appreciated. He was very pleasant and seemed like someone I could trust. Overall it was the most positive car buying experience I have had. More
Bing, Bang, Boom, Done. After a year of looking online and in person, what appeared, just maybe, to be "The One" popped up at Prestige Volvo in East Hanover. Disappointments After a year of looking online and in person, what appeared, just maybe, to be "The One" popped up at Prestige Volvo in East Hanover. Disappointments had been many and hopes were fair, at best. A trip into NJ one evening and bing, bang, boom - done. The used vehicles on the lot gave me a sense of ease about the quality of the inventory and Deb Amster was perfect. Not only was she courteous and friendly, but knowledgeable about the product and up front about the negotiability of the price. The CPO warranty didn't hurt either. Buy your car from Deb. You won't regret it. More

She is easy to work with & is extremely friendly & knowledgable. There are a couple of small items on the car that need to be "tweaked" & Tina has been so great about making sure I'm happy. More
Wow, why did I drive an Audi in the past? I had talked to Patricia regarding an issue I was having with the car. She felt that it would be covered by a Volvo extended warranty on the part. On such short notice, they did not have an available loaner, however that is to be expected. One was offered for later in the week if I wanted to come in at that time. The car was completed at the agreed upon time, vacuumed and washed. The part and labor were covered at no charge. Patricia was extremely polite and helpful. It was a great experience. Kudos to Volvo and to Prestige Motors Now a dig at Audi of America. I have been an owner of multiple Audis over the years. The experience I have had with Audi has been that they and the service advisers at the dealerships will do anything to avoid fixing problems. The Audi dealership will either find nothing wrong for the primary complaint, but their service adviser will find multiple other "non problems" that they would like to perform (for example-- telling me I need new front brakes less than a week after I had my brakes changed by my trusted mechanic). Hmmm. More

I had seen an S 40, 2010 on the internet and that was the car he sold me, for a reasonable price. I feel like I got real value from my purchase and dealing with Prestige. Don did not pressure me and was great to deal with in every way. I would highly recommend him to anyone who I run across that is looking for a car. Thanks for the great experience Don. More
