When we first walked in to Prestige we were greeted by Lindsey Mastroianni who immediately presented us with variety of Volvo models we were interested in. She also made sure that we instantly test drive it before making any further decisions. Once we decided we liked the model Lindsey browsed through her inventory and found the car for the price we were comfortable with. To sum it up, great dealership and professional, knowledgeable staff! I highly recommend Lindsey who also makes sure to follow up on your experience after the purchase. Despite the cold, she provided MORE than pictures, but completed a video walk around of the car, showing blemishes and anything that might be a concern -- nothing was hidden. During the test drive, I heard noises that concerned me. Immediately upon our return, the Service Manager had pulled up the service records, and confirmed what I heard was a non-issue. Following the purchase, the service engine light came on -- and I received a FREE (really $0) diagnostic review and an estimate for the repair cost. In all, I am pleased with my purchase and offer only one reminder: complete your own Motor Vehicle paperwork. They do NOT need to complete it by law and it saves you hundreds of dollars. More

In under thirty minutes Joel sent me a video introducing himself and the dealership and providing the pricing I requested. Very unique and professional approach. I went to to this dealership for a test drive the next morning and Lindsey was available to help me. An absolutely great person to deal with, she made the whole car buying experience a pleasure. Took a test drive with her, went over some options I needed with the vehicle and had all my high mileage special needs addressed. Had been looking at a few different makes of vehicles, once I decided to go with this one we worked out the details quickly and I picked up the vehicle a few days later. Very professional, very pleasant, and pricing was what it should be without the game playing often associated with car dealers. Top marks to all - especially Lindsey who I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

MONEY I purchased a new Volvo xc90 and traded in my Mercedes Benz gl350 on 10.26.13, I told Pat mason and rich the sales person that my Mercedes need to be I purchased a new Volvo xc90 and traded in my Mercedes Benz gl350 on 10.26.13, I told Pat mason and rich the sales person that my Mercedes need to be returned to mb in Morristown before the 5th so I would not be charged another lease payment. The car was held for 3 weeks and was driven. I was charged another lease payment and my Mercedes was finally returned on 11.23.14. I called and spoke to pat and he said I would have MY money returned to me within a couple of days. I called a couple of days later and he said the owner had called mb and was getting me MY money back (because prestige Volvo buys a lot of cars from mb ) and this would take a couple of more days. I reached out to the general manager ( Matthew Haiken / owners son ) and he played as if this was the first time he heard anything about this issue. Matthew personal said he would take care of this issue and would get back to me in a couple of days. It’s now been 5 months and no one will call me back or is willing to help me. This is not what I expect from a (want to be high line dealer ship). I even went as far as to call Volvo North America and spoke to a customer representative and they were no help. They have nothing to do with independently owned dealers, she tried to reached out to the market manager for prestige volvo and that did nothing. More

I went to the dealership last week & Tina showed me the xc60 & reviewed all of the features & we took the car for a test drive. Afterwards I told Tina that I was considering a Mercedes GLK. Tina did an excellent job pointing out the Volvo advantages over the competition, which over a few days I came to agree with. On Friday evening, between Joel, Tina & myself we came to agreement on an overall price (including trade-in). Yesterday I picked up the car, all of the paperwork was pre-prepared and then Tina took me through the litany of features & controls and off I went. I think this crossover SUV will be great vehicle & all "10"s" for my experience with Tina, Joel & the staff at Prestige. I would highly recommend this dealership, More
