Prompt responses that addressed all my questions up front making me feel comfortable that I wasn't going to be wasting my time doing the 1.5 hour drive to visit this dealership. Very thorough test drive...PJ knew his product and really took the time to make sure we did too. Not the typical car salesperson...but more of a consultant concerned about our all around experience. The bottom line...how refreshing to not have to spend hours going back and forth with a mystery man hiding somewhere in an office. Pat cut to the chase; brought us in to his office and within minutes we were ready to sign. Thanks to everyone at Prestige! More
I called for service on my vehicle and received an appointment for the next day. A very polite young lady came to my place of business to pick up my car for servicing and returned it two hours later appointment for the next day. Although I have issues with the car itself ( 2005-XC90), the service department has been wonderful to me. They understood my frustration and worked with me to the best possible solution. I am so pleased with my new X70 wagon. My husband bought the car for us, and Deborah invited me back in for a 1:1 on all the features of the car. I took her up on the invitation and was so pleased I did. the car for us, and Deborah invited me back in for a 1:1 on all the features of the car. She spent an hour going through all the features again - that is after she set up the car the way she thought I would like it - which was totally unexpected and really great. I'm the primary driver of the Volvo, but probably would not have taken the time to figure out all advantages of the car on my own. This is our third Volvo - definitely not our last.
