I have been a Prestige Volvo customer since 1986-when I purchased my first Volvo. My second was a 2000 S80 in 1999-and it had over 214,000 miles on it. I now wanted an AWD sedan-and I stopped at Prestige first-to see what was available in certified pre owned AWD vehicles. I met Chris and was very impressed with his advice and no pressure mannerisms. He answered all of my questions, gave me time to think things over-consult my husband-who was also very happy with Chris's professionalism. Chris even came in on his day off to have the car ready for me the next day-and I thank him for that. Pat in finance also obtained a lower interest rate than what was originally quoted-and both gentlemen made the process very seamless. I have always been happy with the service department from previous years-and I would recommend this Volvo dealership to anyone looking for great customer satisfaction. More
This is now my second XC90 with Prestige Volvo, let me begin by saying my first one was awesome and I only traded in cause I wanted a newer model. I visited the dealer in four different occasions just wondering around eying their inventory, I must say each time Pat Masone one of their sales managers did nothing but make me feel right at home, always welcoming and willing to answer every question I had. When I finally made up my mind Pat, along with Chris Parada were gracious enough to show me two different cars and put up with my many hesitations, always with smile and with the best of attitudes. After trying to decide between standard 2010 and a super hooked up 2009 both XC90's I could make up my mind for almost and hour I kept going back and forth between the two of them, and trust me I was annoying even my best friend whom I took with me. All that time Pat and Chris where nothing but awesome and patient with me, I left without making up my mind. The next day the GM himself Matt Haiken greets me, with a big smile and tells me the details of both cars, he even knew about the previous owners and gave me even more insight. When somebody loves what they do it shows and everyone I dealt with at this place does. After a brief chat with Joel Casser who is one knowledgeable guy I mean the guy is a Volvo manual walking, and he is so enthusiastic about his knowledge is contagious, I made my mind up for the 2009 XC90 that had all the bells and whistles that the model can offer. Pat my main guy, wasn't there that day but he was nice enough to leave paperwork done for both options in case I made up my mind before I see him again. Then is when Chris Parada and Marc Apirian worked their magic and finished up what Pat so kindly had started for me. On a personal note I was very moved by two things, that had nothing o do with the deal, but everything to do with why I will always be a Prestige Volvo costumer. After I already signed the paperwork, I mentioned that I would like one of the little Teddy bears with the Volvo red sweater, I was halfway kidding, and mentioned kind of under my breath to Chris Parada, not only he had one sitting there for me with the seatbelt on in the car, he also gave my Mom one cause he overheard her say she was gonna take the one they were giving me, I wasn't present when this happened, my brother was and he couldn't stop talking about how ABOVE, BEYOND and FURTHER every one specially Chris were with them who were there just waiting for me. I wasn't present when this took place because I was in Pat Masone's office, watching how with out me even asking, he was telling the Bank I am financing my loan with to lower my interest rate, as a favor to him, to please have my interest rate lowered. This meant he had to redo some paperwork and therefore give himself some more work all to save me money, I already agreed I didn't even realize I could have a lower rate, but he like everyone else at that dealer went ABOVE, BEYOND and FURTHER for me. I am Santiago Sevilla and I am the Maitre' D of the Pleasantdale Chateau in West Orange I breathe and live costumer service my moto is at Pleasantdale everyone is a VIP and any need shall be met right away, unless is impossible, that takes a little longer. At Prestige Volvo I am a VIP and my every need is met right away therefore at Prestige Volvo I feel right at home. More
We have driven Volvos for years. This is our second lease with Prestige Volvo. Satisfaction brought us back!. Our saleswoman, Deborah Amster-Smith, was honest, enthusiastic, caring, informative/straight-forward and an all around pleasure to work with. Marc, the Sales Manager, made the deal happen. If you're looking for a Volvo and a great deal - we can heartily recommend Prestige Volvo. This was our only stop. They made us a great deal and we didn't need to go anywhere else. When this lease is up - we will surely go back a third time without question. More
Having found myself in the unfortunate situation of needing a new (to me) car, I did some research on which brand had the most impressive certified used program and Volvo kept popping up. Since I've always wanted one, I called around to a few dealerships and then came accross Prestige Volvo. Since I'd had previously heard of Prestige Volvo, I decided to pop by and check their inventory. We ended up working with PJ Lee. He was very friendly and accomodating and what I liked especially was that he first tried to understand my (family's) situation, wants and needs prior to showing us a particular car. Once he gave us a recommendation, we took it for a test drive. He was knowledgeable and helpful about the particular vehicle (S60) and pointed out its features as we drove. Once the decision was made, we took care of the paperwork swiftly and I was on my way! I look forward to working with Prestige Volvo and PJ in the future and would recommend them and him to any of my family, friends, etc. More
My Husband, myself and our unborn baby had an accident during a freak snow storm in October. We totaled our vehicle and were lucky to be alive. Devastated, without power and without a vehicle, we set out to find a new SUV. We visited a few Dealerships and began getting frustrated. We met 'sales people' (you know what I mean!). Then, by chance, since I've always wanted a Volvo, I called to inquire about a price. I reached PJ by phone and he worked out numbers for me. I was very surprised that I could afford the Volvo XC90. We met with PJ, who's absolutely delightful, caring, honest and helpful. He showed me everything about the vehicle (which came in handy on my first trip to the supermarket, belly in tow). He got me the price I could afford. He took care of our paperwork while we ate dinner, at his recommendation. He got us out of there in record time, and the whole time he did it with a complete understanding of our needs, the desire to make us as comfortable as possible and a total understanding of the vehicle we were buying. He's knowledgeable, friendly, caring and honest - the complete opposite of what you'd expect to find in a salesperson. We would absolutely recommend PJ and Prestige to our friends and family. He was with us at a very difficult time. I couldn't be happier with my new Volvo, and my new lease on life! More
I picked up my new Volvo on 11/1/11 at Prestige Volvo in E.Hanover,NJ. This was my first time at this dealership. When comparting Prestige to the 3 other dealerships i have worked with in NJ,I have found Prestige to be the most accomodating,friendly and overall, most professionally run. All of the employees went out of their way to make me feel comfortable,and well taken care of. In particular, I found Mr.Casser to be very knowledgeable, patient and courteous. He went over and beyond to explain the workings of my new S60, from front to back. He also showed me around the dealership, introduced me to the service dept, and had all the paperwork and forms ready for me in advance. All in all, it was a very positive experience and i look forward to working with this dealership throughout the length of my lease. More

They were on time and did not keep me waiting. The sales person listened to my needs and concerns for a new vehicle and made a good recommendation for my purchase. This was the best car buying experience I ever had. The slaes person and the manager worked together to get us the car we wanted at a very fair price. I knew I'd love the car (2012, C70), but loved the whole buying experience! Very good price (and I'm a shopper), and the friendliest, most knowledgable and welcoming dealer ever.
