The service department promptly prepped the car and two days later we drove our Volvo XC60 home. When we picked the car up, Chris spent a good deal of time with us to explain the many functions of the car. He was most helpful and patient with our many questions. Both Matthew and Chris were most hospitable and made the difficult process of buying a car an enjoyable one. More

Joel Casser knows his stuff. He is the tech man! There isn't an aspect of the S60 that he isn't familiar with. He spent plenty of time with me explaining how my car worked, and when the dealership closed isn't an aspect of the S60 that he isn't familiar with. I purchased a new car from the dealership. My former car was totalled in an accident. In delivering the car-I worked with Craig and his manager learning in detail how all the car's features including the complex electronic system worked. In addition, I was taken on a tour of the facility and met the service people. It was a truly great experience. More

Buying a car could be a stressful situation but not at Prestige...and not with Rich. He was a consummate professional - extremely knowledgeable, easy going, patient and so nice. My husband and i could not go together so Rich had to see each of us at different times. And with 7 year old crazy twins in tow, he made the entire process go smoothly and hassle-free. The after sale/finance was excellent also. No hard sale -just the facts. Insurance made sense so we bought it but we got the feeling that they just present the options and you as the customer make up your mind. The difference here is that Pat took the time to clearly explain the various options. Great experience - great gentlemen -great dealership -great car! More

I only say the price was good, because it's cheaper is always better for the wallet. However, I am very pleased with what I paid and the value of what I got. More
