From the beginning Joel Casser was spot on, his responses were both immediate, straight forward and informative. Not to mention that he was responding on the eve of hurricane Irene! It was so refreshing to find this caliber of attention. There was no question in my mind that I would be making the trip from Brooklyn,NY to East Hanover,NJ. Upon arriving at Prestige Volvo I was greeted and tended to by Deborah Amster-Smith who, again, surprised me with the level of service and attention I received. We reviewed all my options and selected a vehicle. She really made it that simple! Deborah arranged for me to receive a car with my exact specifications and was in constant contact prior to me picking it up. She carefully reviewed all the functionalities and features with me. Pat Masone was also extremely helpful and carefully reviewed all the financing details with me. The Prestige Volvo Team truly goes above and beyond, every step of the way. If I had to sum up my experience in a few words they would be : Genuine, Personalized, Service. I walked in feeling great and drove away feeling even greater! More
This review is a couple years late, but I felt that I should put up my praise for this dealership. We used to own a 2000 Volvo S80, and Prestige was the go to place whenever an issue arose. The waiting area is very clean and comfortable, the service department was very friendly and informative, and the quality of their repairs is superb. On only one occasion did a repair not fix the problem, but they stand by their work and when we brought it back, it was properly repaired for free. The only thing is that the price can get a little pricey, but that's to be expected for a Volvo. It was our first upscale car, with all our other cars mostly being cheap American sedans, that were cheaper to fix but were far less luxurious and had much less build quality. Despite some repairs being quite costly, I never felt like I was swindled for more money; I always felt that the repairs were fair and necessary for a safer ride. The suggested repairs were always ones that were needed and important, showing that they care about our safety, and not money. I've never purchased a Volvo from here, so I can only comment on the service department, but I truly appreciated their dedication to quality and caring work. If I were to purchase another Volvo and live in the same area (I recently moved out of state) then there is no doubt as to where I would go for all my automotive needs. We have always loved Volvos, but have never owned one before. We came to Prestige Volvo and worked with Rich Curto. He could not have been nicer - or more informative - he is truly amazing! Then - when it was time to pick up the car- he took the time to review every function and feature with us- so that we would understand everything about our new car! We would recommend him to anyone in the market for a Volvo!!! And we will most certainly be back to Prestige Volvo- and we will ask for Rich again!!! More
This was the best car buying experience I have had to date. They were patient, explained all of the features, took me on three separate test drives, were courteous, and didn't pressure me to make a quic date. I first spoke with Joel to identify a vehicle, he didnt initially have a vehicle that fit my needs but just hours later called me back with the perfect car for me. I worked with both he and Mark (Sales Manager)to zero in on all the vehicle info and a price point. I went to East Hanover the next day and met with a true gentleman and seasoned professional named Richard Curto. Rich showed me the vehicle and brought me for a test drive. Both Rich and Mark worked with me to find a great financing option and gave me a price better than any other dealership offered for the amount of vehicle I was getting. Unlike most dealers I have dealt with over the past 20 years, THEY WERE NEVER PUSHY, NEVER LOST PATIENCE AND RESPECTED MY POSITION. I will absolutely recommend family and friends to Prestige Volvo of East Hanover, they certainly have me as a customer for life. Thank you Rich, Mark and Joel! More

I am a returning customer to this dealer purely because of the helpful, quick, and kind customer service I have received for my Volvo C30. For example, my navigation was not turning up, however I could hea of the helpful, quick, and kind customer service I have received for my Volvo C30. For example, my navigation was not turning up, however I could hear that it had turned on, they were able to pop it up with a credit card and oil the rotaters but on top of that a new screen was ordered, under warranty, to prevent this problem from happening again. Another example, I brought my car in last Tuesday to have an estimate written up for some damage and the insurance adjuster spoke highly of the Service Manager, Jay Rosen. From doing business together the process went quick and smoothly, my car parts had been ordered and fixed in less than a week, all according to the estimated price. For new business or body repair, I would highly recommend using East Hanover, Prestige Volvo for great service and a friendly atmosphere. More
