This was my first purchase of a Volvo. I was treated with respect and the whole staff was friendly. PJ Lee my salesmen was easy to deal with and extremely eagar to please. The manager Mark Alprien was also v respect and the whole staff was friendly. PJ Lee my salesmen was easy to deal with and extremely eagar to please. The manager Mark Alprien was also very nice. The whole experience was pleasant. I am now a Volvo fan!!! More

We had a wonderful experience at Prestige Volvo. The salesman we used was knowledgeable and eager to get us a car. I shopped around at several other local dealers and certainly didn't have the same exp salesman we used was knowledgeable and eager to get us a car. Paul took the time to review the advantages of the two models that we were considering. I was currently leasing another car the lease was near the termination date. The order for my 2011 Volvo was placed models that we were considering. I was currently leasing another car the lease was near the termination date. The order for my 2011 Volvo was placed to track with the lease end date. Because of the packages that I requested my car was upgraded to a 2012 Volvo. When my car arrived in the states. The port would not release it immediately. My lease car was turned in, Paul arranged for me to utilize a vehicle until mine was released. Everything was seamless for me.
