His service department is a pleasure to visit. All the service advisors act in a professional friendly manner.Even when calling to schedule an appointment the girls couldn't be any nicer.Kudos to the entire depatment and keep up the good work prestige!!! Outstanding customer service and salesmanship. The dealer treated me with courtesy and respect. I had been shopping for several makes and models from several dealers, and Chris was the only who treat dealer treated me with courtesy and respect. A big part of the reason I bought this car was the service I received from Chris. Outstanding customer service. He called me regularly to keep apprised of the progress of the paperwork. Returned my calls promptly. Did not make me wait at all. The test drive and papers took less than an hour. Delivery of the vehicle the following day took less than 30 minutes. He took the time to show me all the features in the car before I left. The car was spotless clean. My mother went with me to pick up the car and was instantly impressed by the level of service and respect we received. The other luxury brands did not offer this level of service. I cannot say enough good things about this experience. By far and way the BEST car buying experience I have had to date. More
Of all the redesigned vehicles for 2012, I found the S60 to the sportiest lines. That being said I chose Prestige Volvo because I would pass the dealership many times during the week and its proximity to w to the sportiest lines. Luckily I found Chris Parada when I entered the showroom (his desk is right by the front door). Chris is extremely knowledgeable about the Volvo line, especially the S60. He is not a high pressure salesperson, and, was willing to take as much time as necessary in answering all my questions. When it came time for delivery of the S60 that I chose, Chris went above and beyond the normal delivery time period. Much thanks goes to Marc Aperian for his input in closing the deal. In short, I would recommentd Chris Parada, Marc Aperian and the rest of the Volvo team to anyone who is considering a new vehicle. More
The experience with buying my first Volvo at Prestige was the best I've ever had. Generally, I dread going to a car dealer because I hate haggling and game playing, and never can be sure I wasn't taken adva the best I've ever had. In contrast to previous experiences, Paul Davis made buying this car so painless, smooth and pressure-free. He is a very friendly person and answered all my questions and took the time to explain the features of the car the first day I walked in to see the S60 that I'd read about. There was absolutely no pressure. When I made my decision and went back a few days later to buy the car, Paul and I discussed the 'must-have' and optional features for the new car, as well as trade-in value for my old car. Upon leaving, I felt that I had been given a fair price for the new and trade-in, and was prepared to wait a few weeks. Much to my surprise, Paul called me the same evening and said he found the exact car I wanted and it would be at Prestige the next day. All of the people I interacted with at Prestige, from the guys in the Service Dept. who directed me to Sales when I walked in the wrong door on the first visit, to the receptionist who greeted me and offered something to drink, Paul and the finance manager, were very friendly, helpful and professional, even on a very busy Friday when I picked up the car. This morning I got the general manager of Prestige Volvo's follow-up email. Long story short, I had some problems with my brand new XC60 and got very disappointed with Volvo. So I contacted Volvo. But to my surprise, the general manager of my dealer also contacted me. And actually, he and his team acted as the best middlemen I've ever seen. You know, it is always nice to have some people you can trust and count on when you get into trouble. Finally, you bet, this dealership became my favorite and most trust one. One of my friend even asked me to go to the dealer with him and immediately bought a XC90 in an hour. I believe it is not only because I recommended this dealer to my friends but also because they really are doing an excellent business. So, when I replied to his email, I decided to post the original one to the Dealerrater because I want to share my true experience and feeling about the dealer with more friends. Although I got a little pity, ha-ha, yet I can understand it when I put my feet into Volvo's shoes, and I can feel that Volvo did try to do something to show her care about customers. We had a very positive experience at Prestige Volvo. Our salesperson PJ was friendly and knowledgeable. Even though we were purchasing a used Volvo, he walked us through all the features of the car as thoug salesperson PJ was friendly and knowledgeable. Even though we were purchasing a used Volvo, he walked us through all the features of the car as though we were buying a new one. We liked the no pressure atmosphere - despite our indecisiveness about the purchase we were about to make, PJ made us feel comfortable and let us make our decision on our own time. Recently, I bought my second Volvo. I never thought the phrase "Volvo for life" would hold true for me but it looks like that's the case. Unlike other dealers and those in auto sales, there was no haggling, wasting of my time and games. Paul was straightforward and worked with me to make sure I was happy with my purchase.
