First, I need to say that the service department at Prestige is fantastic. However, this review is about trying to buy a car. We asked for an internet price before coming in. This price was acceptable, but when we came in, we did not like the color and were told that this was the only car they had that the price would apply to, and that they would not work with us to get a more acceptable car. They lowballed us on the trade (which they have serviced for 5 years), offering us 25% less than anyone else we asked for an offer. We asked about another option and were told by the sales manager that we would get a response on our question later that day. We never heard back. More

We ended up buying instead of leasing and the paperwork and processing time was kept to a minimum by Chrisitian which we really appreciated. Wehn we came back to pick up the car Christian did an awesome job taking us through all the features of the car. We've had the XC60 for about one week now and we couldn't be happier.
