I hate buying a new car but Presige and Rich made it easy and comfortable. I would recommend to anyone looking for a Volvo. The only thing that turned me off a little was after the sale the "suggestions" o and comfortable. I would recommend to anyone looking for a Volvo. By far the most pleasant and smoothest car purchase experience I’ve ‘ever’ had in my 49-year life, during which I probably bought/sold/traded/leased 15 or so cars… This is all thanks to Paul (Davis)! He is one of those genuinely nice, down-to-earth, experienced, smart and ‘real’ gentlemen that you feel good simply after you meet them once. I wish there were more people like him in car business but, unfortunately, he may just be a vanishing breed. First thing Paul did right was that he welcomed me like a real human being and spent time with me as if I was the most important person in the world. He did so even though I told him that I was just ‘browsing’ and I had yet to check out the BMWs and Mercedeses. Next thing you know, Paul found for me, after a few days, the exact Volvo I would consider, patiently waited for me to test drive his competition, but then gave me a great deal & warranty that worked for me, found me better financing than my own bank and handed me the keys to a fantastic Volvo that I am absolutely thrilled to drive now… Besides Paul, I have to say that everyone else I met there (Rebecca, Mike, Pat) was so nice, I was pinching myself all the time if I was really in a car dealer. Even if you may not want or need a Volvo, I say just go and meet these people and you’ll know right away what I am talking about… Thank you, Prestige Volvo! More
