I unexpectedly had to buy a new car this past week. My decision to buy a another Volvo was easy after the accident and since I had had such great experiences with Prestige Volvo's service department over the last 7 years I didn't want to leave them. I decided I wanted something a little bigger so I test drove the XC60. I loved the car, Rich couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating especially given the circumstances of my purchase. I actually asked to pick the car up a day early and Rich was able to have it ready. He made it all seem easy - and I know it probably wasn't. He very patiently explained all of the features (of which there are many) and he paired my bluetooth with my phone. It was a great experience all around. This dealership has their act together from their sales manager and his sales staff right on over to Jay and the service team. More
