My husband and I have a 3 yr old and a 2 month old, so we decided to begin our "car shopping" by doing as much over the phone as possible. After calling several, local NJ dealership, the Prestige team was most accomodating; providing us with vehicle information via telephone and email, allowing us to take our two young children along for the test drive without a sales person, etc. They understood our time restraints and were willing to negotiate a sales price without a lot of haggling back and forth. We apprecaited the "soft" sell. We'd previously visited a dealer in PA while visiting family over the Thanksgiving holiday and had intended to buy from them. However, Prestige ultimately provided better service and price, and was a pleasure to deal with. I would most definitely recommend the dealership to others in the market to purchase a Volvo. More
