I initially choose the dealership for the inventory of used Volvo's. I had been shopping around for a few weeks and saw that Prestige Volvo had a better selection at better prices then I had seen in Penns used Volvo's. After our initial test drive we noticed a small scrape on the leather seat in the rear. Christian immediately took noticed and promised to have it fixed. When we came to pick up the car a few days later, the seat was fixed and looked brand new! Overall my wife and I had a great car buying experience. I will be back to see Christian again when I am shopping for a used car for my daughter. More

The car was delivered to my door, and the delivery driver walked through all the options and accessories. In this day and age where the art of customer service is disappearing, it remains a first and formost priority at Prestige. I highly recommend this dealership. More

Prestige has consitently provided excellent service and sales. Service department is easy to access with easily scheduled appointments and great customer service. I never feel like I'm just one of a group. I moved up to a higher priced model this time (4th Volvo) mainly because of the explantions about features and willingness of the sales rep to take us on a test drive before making the final decision. If he hadn't insisted on the test drive I probably would have gone with the same wagon model I'd had before instead of the SUV that I really love!!! More

Frank actually lead us, by questions and demonstrations, to determine the features we wanted. What a great experience, letting us decide instead of selling what he wanted! In short, the staff and facilities at Prestige Volvo are top notch. Everyone is very polite and outgoing. They are all service oriented people that are there to help in any way possible. I just bought a new XC70 and my experience was outstanding. My Sales Rep (Chris) was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions completely. Further, he was not pushy and very patient throughout my decision process. All-in-all, Prestige is the place to buy a Volvo in NJ. Thanks for everything! This is a first for me. I would definitely recommend not only the dealership, but my salesperson as well. Rich Curto was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We never felt rushed at any time, nor did we feel any pressure. Even though this is a "highway" dealership, there wasn't a "highway vibe" to it. Also, the Finance Manager was professional as well, and again, this is a first, there was no pressure in his office either. My needs were considered rather than which car or program was being "pushed" at the time. My mother is on her second Volvo, and may switch to Prestige Volvo for service, despite the fact that the dealership is forty minutes away from her home. That's how impressed we all were with Rich and the other Prestige employees. More

I have been going to Prestige Auto for the last 10 Years. The Service Managers have always been accomdating and responsive to my car's need.
