I have owned Volvo’s for over 30 years - same dealership - different service managers - but they always perform at the top of their game and provide me with excellent service! This past visit Bob Knott worked with me and he is quite competent, professional, warm and welcoming. Quite frankly, I would only drive Volvo cars and only go to Prestige Volvo. The service techs are excellent and every experience I have - whether it’s a scheduled service or an emergency that creates anxiety and stress for me - is addressed in the very best and professional manner. Our recent car purchase experience with Nicole Esposito of Prestige was very different from others we dealt with. We even visited another dealer that was much closer in distance to us than Prestige. The salesperson was very slow to negotiate with system outages and lack of info on the car we were interested in. In the end, Nicole and her manager made us feel more comfortable and was fair in negotiating the price with us. The dealer also had a paperless process for final signing that was extremely efficient and secure. More
