I’ve been coming here for years and recently had a terrible experience trying to contact the service department. This dealer has implemented an AI platform to manage incoming calls and it’s the worst terrible experience trying to contact the service department. I was stuck in a loop of AI ‘people’ and the system disconnected the call after 30 mins of being on hold. This happened twice. I eventually spoke to a person in a different department and asked them to transfer me to a live person. I will consider a different dealership next time we’re in the market for a new car. More
