Ron was attentive and patient throughout the process of buying a CPO vehicle. Did not put pressure on me and followed up with video check ins. Regarding Prestige Volvo, I would have liked to see the managers have some willingness to work with me on price, but it is what it is. They also seemed to drag their feet on sending documentation after they pushed for a decision and I agreed to move forward with the purchase. Still waiting on post-purchase paperwork for the CPO report and extended warranty - will feel closure on the process after I receive those. More

I’m not here to throw shade on anybody’s business that’s not definitely what we about or spread lies in any capacity , this business is very good when it comes to sales , when it comes to service not dilige not definitely what we about or spread lies in any capacity , this business is very good when it comes to sales , when it comes to service not diligent at all , we purchased a Volvo xc 90 back in August , going November sent my wife for the service which she did afterwards she came back with a check engine light that won’t turn off coming from dealer very own body shop service making buzzing sound and check engine on without even notifying what or why on the spot it happened oh I’m xxxxxx off I’m about to have a heart attack but I’m disappointed in myself for always being busy and not being able to attend to this things myself, my only advice to people is this when buying a used vehicle from this dealer make sure you have a extra bucket of cash for waisting because it will be very much needed they aren’t diligent at all or care wether or not circumstances involve any negligence on their part or not either way I am certain no one will ever be satisfied with this kind of business behavior and this the kind of conduct and negligence that promotes the downfall of other enterprises in the past, in reality I regret my choice in its entirety sincerely 🤦‍♂️ More
