I discovered that Prestige made a mistake by placing a title lien on a car I purchased in cash last year. I spoke with Jake in finance several weeks ago and he agreed to have the error corrected. we visited for ongoing issues with our 2022 xc60 t8 recharge. we picked up our car dirty with bird droppings that were not there when picked up and a Wendys cup in the back seat. Apparently, it is acceptable to cruise to lunch with a car full and leave your garbage in my car. not to mention where my daughter's car seat is. avoid Volvo as a car and this dealership. Volvo sells as a luxury brand and are nowhere near that. coming from Porsche to Volvo was an absolutely terrible idea. even Toyota cleans cars before the customer pick them up. More

We went back to Prestige Volvo at the end of our current lease to discuss handing in our XC90 and leasing a new XC60. Michael worked hard to get us the best rate he could given the current market. He was honest, patient and transparent throughout the entire process. He's not a pushy salesman and when we ultimately decided it made the most fiscal sense to purchase our existing XC90, he couldn't have been more helpful. We understand that this was likely disappointing for both him and the dealership, but Michael's continued professionalism made financing our vehicle a breeze. The process was clear, concise and extremely transparent, not once did we feel like we were being taken advantage of. Hat's off to Prestige Volvo and Michael in particular, it's rare to find a dealership and team that cares about its customers (both new and repeat) and works with them to find the best deal. Can not recommend them high enough! More
