We dealt with PJ last year when we bought a XC60. Unfortunately, he left the dealership. However, Ron Landstrom helped us this year with a purchase! He was magnificent. As an Audi brand owner for almost 20 years I was a bit hesitant to try another brand but decided to go looking to “test the waters”. . From the moment that I walked into the Volvo dealer and was greeted b hesitant to try another brand but decided to go looking to “test the waters”. . From the moment that I walked into the Volvo dealer and was greeted by Ron I had a “good feeling “about this dealer and Ron! Long and short of it is that Ron did a great job at introducing me to the Volvo brand and quickly putting me in a CX40 to test drive….I loved the car! I am excited to be the proud owner of a CX40! I was trading in my current auto and I felt that the negotiating process was very seamless and straightforward and best of all FAIR! I truly felt that Ron was looking out for my best interest and was a trustworthy salesperson. I never felt any sort of pressure throughout the process! He went above and beyond to make me (and my sister who was there for moral support) feel comfortable and in making sure to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a Volvo to seek out Ron and work with him! A shout out to Armando as well who was thorough in explaining the Volvo app and other various auto features! Glad to be part of the Volvo family! More
It's almost 3 years since I first interacted with Tina Bilokin of this dealership. I drove there almost 2 hours from Long Island to lease a car after the dealers closer to me either could not or would not Bilokin of this dealership. I drove there almost 2 hours from Long Island to lease a car after the dealers closer to me either could not or would not provide what I wanted at what I felt was the right price. Tina did, and the whole transaction was a real pleasure. People that know me believed that had to be an isolated incident, that no one could ever be so elated with how they were treated by a car dealership, and that no dealership could ever be that transparent, and professional with absolutely no sign of deception. A number of months ago Tina proved all those sceptics wrong. A friend and co-worker had her lease coming due and because of the shortage of cars during Covid all the dealers she contacted in the New York area were looking for such an increase in a new lease for her that she almost gave up hope of leasing a Volvo XC60 again and felt that she would have to consider a lesser vehicle. I told her to relax and let me call Tina, who was now promoted to sales manager, well-deserved I might add. Within 30 minutes Ms. Bilokin called her back. She had provided a choice of two XC60's that would fall into the price she was paying, with the options she was looking for. She was absolutely thrilled and she too happily drove to New Jersey from New York to pick up her new car. She also was extremely pleased with how easily the deal was consummated and how well she was treated. These people made me look like a hero LOL Now the big test...my own lease was coming due,,,at what many would say was the toughest time to look to buy or lease a new car,,,when prices are so elevated and supply is so far less then demand. I called Tina . Again within about half an hour she called me back with a choice of two XC90's that she could get to the price point I was looking for. They both had the features I was looking for. I had recently brought my car in for service locally. While browsing at that dealership I was approached by a salesman who offered a quote on the next lease. I told him my intention was to return to where I got the current lease, as I was very pleased with how I was treated there. Ms. Bilokin had a salesman of her team , Ryan Wasik, reach out to me with pictures, details and pricing. What they were offering made the offer I had locally seem literally laughable. Such a difference. It was obvious that the local dealers were getting greedy, looking to make maximum profit on each new car and then exercise the lease buyout and maximize the profit on that as well. It's obvious that Tina and her co-manager Lindsey don't work that way. They seem far more concerned with building customer relationships that lead to long term profit, rather than maximum immediate profit but the customer might not return. In my case, the only relatively minimal increase might be considered normal due to inflation over the 3 years of the lease as well as this car having more options than the prior one. In short, I could not ever expect to have been more pleased in dealing with these people. Tina and Ryan have managed to take a transaction that for many people has come to be a stressful fret and made it into an enjoyable sense of achievement driving home in a luxury vehicle. With all of the stresses in life nowadays they have managed to make car purchase / lease not one of them. For anyone considering a Volvo purchase or lease I would say at least reach out to these people and get a chance to see how much better you and your wallet can be treated there. With my appreciation for all they have done to make this so enjoyable for me. More

I have, also, experienced great service from Prestige's service department, as well as all members of the Prestige team, who I have come in contact with over the years. I am in the process of working with Rich for the lease of my new Volvo and look forward to another memorable experience. More
