I just completed my 10k service of my new XC90. Even though they were a little shorthanded that day in the Svc Dept I had a great experience as always. I have to admit that I was expecting a back and forth when I arrived. It is usually part of the fun for me if I'm being honest. I was beyond surprised when the process was so seamless. My son was on standby to come down and join in the back and forth festivities but was not necessary. It was literally a smooth process, with absolutely NO HASSLE!
