Massapequa, NY 01 7/6/2021 When I last went to lease my current Volvo, an XC90 T6, I had contacted all the Volvo dealers local to me on Long Island and from each one, I got a runaround,,,either they did not not have what I wanted, or couldn't be bothered checking until I drove to them, sometimes some distance, or would not give me any idea of price over the phone, again, wanting me to drive to them first, sometimes 45 minutes away. . At that time, I went back to the Volvo factory website. Presumably thru cookies I was contacted by most of the same dealerships again. I felt is was futile to try to make the same contacts. However I was emailed by Tina Bilokin of this dealership. Originally I was not thrilled with the idea of driving an hour and a half to get a car but thought about it and called her back. Within 20 minutes she had called me back, had what I wanted, sent me the window sticker and about 20 pictures of the car. and came in under my anticipated price. They arranged lease credit approval over the phone 20 minutes later and I drove to pick it up within a few days. The team there were amazing to deal with. Everything was exactly as promised by phone previously. . No hard sell to take anything else, no added fees, a true pleasure. Tina treated me like she was a gracious host and I was a guest at her place. They handled the return of my prior lease and all went smoothly. Fast forward...a friend and ex-co-worker was in a panic as her lease was due to expire within a month. No local dealer could find her a replacement for her XC60 T6 at even close to her current lease price, presumably due to scarcity of cars caused by chip shortage and demand. I told her to relax and that I would call Ms. Bilokin for her. " Here we go again". Within a short period of time, Tina, now a sales manager, called my friend back, and found her exactly what she wanted, at way under what she expected to pay. Again all was arranged within minutes over the phone. She is going to pick the car up within a few days. This lady, Tina, could surely teach others in the industry how to treat customers. She has a whole different outlook of car sales. She seems to truly care about her customers as people. My experience has been that she starts off the conversation asking what each customer wants and what they have in mind for price. She then looks to see what she can do to find it and achieve what the customer is searching for, unlike others looking to pigeon hole the customer into what works best for the dealership. When I first contacted Tina I remember that she had said that she had never lost a deal over price. She has proven that. I will continue to go back to her when my lease is up within the year and will recommend her to anyone that asks. When people ask why on Long Island I am driving a car with a New Jersey dealer's emblem on the back, my answer is simply one lady, Tina Bilokin, and the team that works with her. More

Our relationship with Prestige Volvo and PJ Lee began on December 30 2015. We found a XC90 right around the corner from my sisters house, about 120 miles from our home in Conklin NY. We went to their websit December 30 2015. We found a XC90 right around the corner from my sisters house, about 120 miles from our home in Conklin NY. We went to their website and decided to call PJ Lee to look at the Volvo. After talking with PJ, we got in the car and made the drive to Prestige Volvo. Long story short, we bought the XC90. I can honestly say, we never had such a pleasurable experience buying a car in our lives. PJ was easy going and quickly gained our confidence. It was very obvious he was genuine about his passion for the Volvo product and his chosen career. We enjoyed that Volvo for 5 years and recently decided to trade it in for a newer one. We called PJ once again and made a date. Going back to Prestige after 5 years was like going back to visit an old friend. After driving no less than 6 different models with 3 different packages, we purchased a XC60. The service we received, just like the car itself, was all outstanding. Everyone we worked with directly, Craig Melquist, and Pat Masone, plus Ron Landstrom and Patrick Beauford indirectly, all added to our experience. What a team. I can say without hesitation, PJ and Prestige Volvo have forever altered my perception about a car buying experience. Thank you PJ and Prestige, you have made my life a lot easier. More

I am recommending him and Prestige to anyone I know who mentions an interest in Volvo. Also, it is a true bonus if you are lucky enough to work with Tina and Pat, too! Since the service department was closed by the time I finalized my lease in the evening, I had to bring my car back the next day for a required computer software upgrade. Mike set everything up in advance to make sure that I had a seamless experience the next day, and Tami in the service department is awesome! Thank you, Prestige! More
