Our relationship with Prestige Volvo and PJ Lee began on December 30 2015. We found a XC90 right around the corner from my sisters house, about 120 miles from our home in Conklin NY. We went to their website and decided to call PJ Lee to look at the Volvo. After talking with PJ, we got in the car and made the drive to Prestige Volvo. Long story short, we bought the XC90. I can honestly say, we never had such a pleasurable experience buying a car in our lives. PJ was easy going and quickly gained our confidence. It was very obvious he was genuine about his passion for the Volvo product and his chosen career. We enjoyed that Volvo for 5 years and recently decided to trade it in for a newer one. We called PJ once again and made a date. Going back to Prestige after 5 years was like going back to visit an old friend. After driving no less than 6 different models with 3 different packages, we purchased a XC60. The service we received, just like the car itself, was all outstanding. Everyone we worked with directly, Craig Melquist, and Pat Masone, plus Ron Landstrom and Patrick Beauford indirectly, all added to our experience. What a team. I can say without hesitation, PJ and Prestige Volvo have forever altered my perception about a car buying experience. Thank you PJ and Prestige, you have made my life a lot easier. More

I am recommending him and Prestige to anyone I know who mentions an interest in Volvo. Also, it is a true bonus if you are lucky enough to work with Tina and Pat, too! Since the service department was closed by the time I finalized my lease in the evening, I had to bring my car back the next day for a required computer software upgrade. Mike set everything up in advance to make sure that I had a seamless experience the next day, and Tami in the service department is awesome! Thank you, Prestige! More

Ron is a pleasure to work with. Pleasure working with Ron Landstrom. He found the exact xc90 I wanted and I also love the haggle free experience. Their computer system was down on my date of pickup which required me to wait longer than xc90 I wanted and I also love the haggle free experience.
