After having a terrible experience at another dealership, I was able to get in touch with Prestige who provided Service Department at Prestige Volvo. Jay Rosen went above and beyond to provide me with a great solution that was not only effective, but affordable. He was readily available and easy to communicate with. Jay Rosen was amazing and solved a 3 month glitch for us in one day! Pick up and drop off of the car was super COVID safe. Great communication all around. The only problem I had was that they said I’d be out in one hour, it took two hours. It was regular maintenance. If they had told me it would have been longer I would have asked for a loaner.
