Service diagnosed a major problem with my car's brakes while in for routine oil change and tire rotation and would NOT let me drive the car home for my and my family's safety. Previously my brand new car had a bad battery so I was stuck as soon as I got home and it had to be towed. They replaced the battery but offered next time I had service additional services again at no extra charge, so I highly recommend them for service. More
